Utah Sports Teams

You can find plenty of exciting year-round athletic action in Utah! Utah sports teams scatter the state offering major league, minor league, and college sports. Utah has something for every sports enthusiast!

Sports fans have a lot to cheer for in Utah!

Basketball fans may watch the NBA's Utah Jazz in action at the Energy Solutions Arena, or the Flash NBA-D Team. Major League Soccer has come to Utah, with Real Salt Lake. Utah's newest professional sports team is the Utah Blaze, playing in the Arena Football League (the Arena Football League is not playing until further notice).

Ice hockey fans can watch the ECHL Utah Grizzlies at The E-Center, Utah’s newest event center.

Utah is also home to the the AAA Salt Lake Bees, and two other minor league baseball teams, the Orem Owlz, and the Ogden Raptors.

In Utah, you'll find one of the NCAA's most entertaining and intense rivalries between the Brigham Young University Cougars and the University of Utah Utes.

Fans of college sports will enjoy six NCAA Division I programs: The Brigham Young University Cougars, The University of Utah Utes, The Utah State University Aggies, Utah Valley State College Wolverines, Weber State University Wildcats and Southern Utah University Thunderbirds.
